Verbier is a village located in the canton of Valais. It lies in Val de bagnes in the southwest corner of Switzerland, near the Borders of France and Italy. The village sits in a southwest-facing bowl, perched high on the cliffs 1500 meters above Sea level. At only 100 miles from Geneva, Transfer times to Airport are under 2 hours, you can also fly from London to Sion, which is less than an hour away from Verbier. So, whilst it is absolutely possible to visit Verbier from the UK for a short weekend break, but it is unlikely that you want to leave that quickly.
