LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS

The top floor features an inviting open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with a fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere perfect for post-ski relaxation. This space opens out onto a south-facing balcony with panoramic mountain views. The chalet’s layout includes three levels, ensuring ample space for guests to unwind.

Chalet #31 has 02 double en-suite bedrooms with the master opening out onto a south facing balcony. On the lower garden floor is a separate ski room entrance, a master bedroom with en-suite shower room, and two further double/twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.  There is also a 2^nd living area / TV room for children.

The chalet boasts five charming bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for comfort. On the upper floor, you’ll find two double en-suite bedrooms, one of which opens onto a south-facing balcony, offering stunning views of the surrounding mountains. On the lower garden floor, there is a master bedroom with an en-suite shower room, providing a peaceful retreat. Additionally, two further double or twin bedrooms are located on this level, sharing a bathroom (Bedrooms 4 and 5 share a bathroom). The flexible bedroom configuration makes this chalet perfect for families or groups, offering both privacy and convenience during your stay.

LOCATION

Access to the property is via an indoor parking garage with two private parking spaces. Guests then descend a set of pedestrian stairs (50 meters) which provide access to the chalet. These stairs are regularly cleared of snow by a concierge service to ensure safe access throughout the winter months.
