The living area features a Bose speaker, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV with Apple TV, and a stunning stone and aged wood fireplace that serves as the centrepiece of the room. With glass on three sides, the fire can be admired from every angle, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere.

An L-shaped three-seater sofa and a separate two-seater sofa offer ample seating, facing out into the communal space. Large double French doors flood the area with natural light and open onto the private patio. This design is mirrored on the opposite side of the fireplace, allowing light to illuminate the dining area, which seats six comfortably.
