Apartment Haus Leytron is a fabulous Duplex apartment rental situated in the exclusive “Petit Village” of Zermatt, with picturesque views over the Zermatt village, and of the Matterhorn. This Family Friendly Apartment recently underwent refurbishment and is ready to welcome Guests for the Summer and Winter alike. Haus Leytron is a quick 3 mins taxi ride from the village and can also be reached via a 24-hour funicular. If Snow conditions are great for winter, it is possible for advanced skiers to ski-in off-piste within a short distance of the apartment.

Zermatt’s Haus Leytron is a duplex apartment which offers 270m² of living space. The apartment can accommodate 10 Guests, ideally 08 Adults and 2 Children. Haus Leytron has been wonderfully decorated, delicately balancing a sleek, modern palette with true alpine comforts. The ground floor offers a beautiful and spacious open plan living area with a double height sitting room, home to a gorgeous piano. Floor to ceiling windows that look over the picturesque village of Zermatt with the dramatic Matterhorn as a backdrop, bathe the room in natural light and a large stone fireplace keeps it warm and cosy. LOCATION

Haus Leytron can be reached via funicular or by a 3-minute electric taxi from the village. it is possible for advanced skiers to ski-in off-piste within a short distance of the apartment. 

LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS

A pretty wooden staircase leads you to the top floor which overlooks the sitting room and where the 03 bedrooms are. The hallway provides a desk space and incredible views through the floor to ceiling windows. The master bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom with a separate shower. It is a spacious room, decorated with rich textiles and has a TV and a beautiful private balcony.

There are two further bedrooms with double/twin beds and one with en-suite shower room and one with en-suite bathroom. These rooms also have large floor to ceiling windows and balconies providing stunning views.
