Set within an exclusive residential enclave just moments from the lift, the property spans approximately 240m² across multiple levels, connected by a sculptural oak spiral staircase and private elevator. This is contemporary alpine living at its most composed.

The upper-level living and dining space forms the heart of the lodge, a generous, light-filled setting framed by south-facing balconies and uninterrupted views of the Matterhorn.

An open fireplace anchors the room, while smoked oak herringbone floors, curated designer furnishings, custom sofas and statement consoles create an atmosphere that feels quietly sophisticated rather than ostentatious.

An OLED television with integrated sound system provides modern comfort, and the dining area is centred around a walnut Carl Hansen table seating up to twelve guests – ideal for long dinners after days spent on the mountain. The overall mood is calm, elegant and effortlessly inviting

Five Tranquil Bedrooms Designed for Deep Comfort

Dufourspitz Lodge sleeps ten guests across five beautifully styled king bedrooms, each designed as a private sanctuary.

Vi-Spring box-sprung beds can be configured as super-king doubles or twins, making the chalet equally suited to families or adult groups. Bespoke Robert Langford headboards, Porto Romana lighting and refined Corston fittings elevate each room, while handcrafted birch wardrobes and natural wool carpets with underfloor heating ensure year-round comfort.

Bathrooms are finished in Val-stone flooring and hand-applied tadelakt walls. The principal suites feature bathtubs, separate showers and WC, while additional bedrooms benefit from elegant private shower rooms with Cielo basins and bespoke cabinetry.

The Klein Matterhorn Express is approximately 100 metres from the building, providing direct access to the Matterhorn Glacier Paradise — the highest ski area in Zermatt and gateway to the wider Matterhorn Ski Paradise, including cross-border skiing into Cervinia, Italy.

The vibrant centre of Zermatt is reached in around eight minutes on foot, where guests will find Michelin-starred dining, elegant boutiques, relaxed après-ski bars and artisan cafés. Electric taxis and the local e-bus operate nearby, ensuring seamless movement throughout this car-free alpine village.
