The Snow Pass takes care of your ski essentials, including arranging ski passes to be delivered directly to your accommodation and organizing ski equipment rental for the duration of your stay.
The Booking Pass encompasses all the benefits of the Snow Pass, with additional support for scheduling various activities. This includes securing restaurant reservations both on the mountain and in the resort, coordinating ski lessons for your group, and managing grocery and bakery deliveries. The team also facilitates transfers to and from the resort, childcare arrangements for families, and booking of non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, includes all the services of the first two passes and extends to additional chalet amenities. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transportation during your stay, can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Additional cleaning services can be requested without needing any of the passes. While the concierge passes assist with organizing these services, additional charges for these services will still apply. You can opt-in or upgrade your concierge services at any time before or during your stay, but for the best experience, it is recommended to do so at the time of booking to ensure the in-resort team can fully meet your needs.
