Luxury Apartment Grand Pré 4 is a split-level penthouse apartment spread over three levels and can accommodate up to 08 guests in four bedrooms. You can ski right to the door of this stylish luxury apartment in Val d’Isere, relax in fabulous shared spa amenities or simply fix your eyes on the awe-inspiring the mountains from one of the apartment’s vantage points. In terms of living you will notice bold architecture, Elegant furnishings and rich fabrics have come together to create a mountain home that will truly exceed anyone’s expectations.
The Main entrance of apartment Grand Pré 4 is on the third floor of the building, the 3 floor apartment will not disappoint anyone with its stunning views. The entrance opens up into a bright and airy open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with double-height ceilings and huge windows. Relax on the L-shaped sofa beside the wood-burning fireplace, prepare meals in the modern kitchen and enjoy them seated around the wooden dining table. Step out through glass doors onto the wide balcony and enjoy an apéro in the fading embers of the day. The living area flows into the generous dining area where the table seats up to 08 guests. This area is looked over by a sleek modern kitchen, fully equipped for catering.

In terms of accommodation, the 04 ensuite bedrooms are great for eight adults, The bedrooms are spread over three floors. The first of the four bedrooms is on the other side of the entrance hall. There is a shower room in this en-suite, the smallest of the bedrooms. There is also a guest WC on this level. A short staircase leads you to the next floor where you’ll find 02 luxurious en-suite bedrooms, a WC and a laundry. Both these bedrooms are airy and both include mounted TVs and shower rooms. One of the rooms opens out to a small private balcony with exceptional south-facing views. As move one level up, you will reach the loft-style fourth bedroom, the splendid master bedroom. The designer’s careful attention to detail has not been forgotten in this gorgeous adult retreat tucked into the eaves of the building. A large en-suite bathroom offers both a shower-hammam and a bath and there is a mounted TV in the bedroom. Guests will delight in the balcony, an idyllic place to enjoy a coffee in the morning sunshine.
