Sitting on the mountainside in the Sonalon area of Verbier, the Chalet Alpine Estate is just a 3-minute drive from the high-speed chairlift at Carrefour and a three-minute drive from Medran. The shops, bars, and restaurants are just a five-minute drive away. Alpine Estate is made up of two magnificent properties – Chalet Norte and Chalet Sirocco. The chalets are connected by a small courtyard and there is a third chalet (Calima) within the estate which can be used to house up to eight household staff or additional friends and family. The chalets can be booked together, for large groups.

There are two open-plan living and dining areas with fireplaces and well-equipped kitchens. The dining table in Sirocco can be extended to seat up to 20 guests so you can all dine together in one place. LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS
Living at Chalet Norte
Situated on the first floor is the main living area, featuring floor-to-ceiling windows (capturing the mesmerizing mountain views) and an impressive open stone fireplace. Doors open onto an extensive wrap-around balcony where you can enjoy an aperitif as the sunsets. The dining room seats twelve and can be closed off from the living room. A separate kitchen is located off the dining room with its own entrance.
Living at Chalet Sirocco
The second floor of the chalet is home to a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a fireplace. There is also a well-equipped kitchen which can be closed off from the main living area. Floor-to-ceiling French windows open out onto a large wrap-around terrace where you can recline in fur-covered chairs and watch the sun go down.
Doors open onto a magnificent terrace, giving access to impressive views. A cozy TV area and a mezzanine level, perfect for taking some time out, completes the living area.
Chalet Norte & Chalet Sirocco together can accommodate 20 to 22 guests in 10 ensuite bedrooms or 11 bedrooms
Sirocco is the smaller of the two chalets with four bedrooms – two double bedrooms and two which can be configured as twins or doubles. Norte is home to six bedrooms – a stunning master suite, three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom, and a quad bunk room. There is an additional one-bedroom apartment suitable for staff.
