Property #2029 benefits from an wonderful position, sitting in front of the Olympic ski jumps of Courchevel le Praz. Its exceptional position allows to reach the ski slopes in only a few steps. Boutiques and restaurants are nearby, and the Praz benefits from easy access to the other Courchevel levels via a free shuttle service and the new lifts which, in less than 7 minutes, will take you to Courchevel 1850.

Chalet #2029 and #2027 in Courchevel are adjacent to each other, and a good option for larger groups of up to 22 guests

LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS

Chalet Le 1992 and Chalet Le 1946 are adjacent

This Tritonal chalet is made of stone and wood and it blends in perfectly with the traditional decor of the village. On the upper floor, you will find its very large living room, which is composed of a modern kitchen open to the dining room and the living room. You will have the pleasure to discover on the center, a fully glazed fireplace, which gives an authentic charm to the chalet.

The middle floor (Level 1) is dedicated to 03 bedrooms and the 2nd floor has one double bedroom. They are all composed of ensuite bathroom, fireplace, balcony, television and safe. 2 (See floor plans below). The chalet can accommodate up to 8 adults and two children across its 04 ensuite bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has a double/twin bed and a sofa bed (140 x 190), sleeping 2 children, offering a suitable ‘Family Room’ option for a luxury family ski holiday in Courchevel.

On the first floor, you will find the outdoor wellness area composed of: a sauna and an outdoor Jacuzzi (Picture below on wellness area). The private garden is ideal in winter as well as in summer to share good moments with family or friends!
