This Attention to detail alpine home stands out as the first building to be built in the exclusive hamlet of St. Christoph in the last 50 years. The penthouse is a mere 5-minute walk from the centre of St. Christoph, hence it gives easy access to both the village and the slopes. With just 50m from the blue St Christoph piste an experienced skier could ski off piste to the door. There are two indoor parking spaces for those who choose to have a self-drive holiday to the Austrian Alps.

Spread over two floors, the Penthouse is a true ski-in property, in fact, the inimitable design of the building means that it is literally set into the mountainside ensuring that returning skiers simply step inside off the slope. Alternatively, the penthouse is accessed by an elevator from the ground floor bringing you directly into the apartment and to the same point as when you ski into the property. Also, the use of a private laundry facility is available.

The warm living areas of the Skyfall penthouse sets the property for luxury ski holidays with friends or luxury family ski holidays in St Christoph. The penthouse entrance area introduces guests to the property’s continuous theme of rustic charm contrasted with modern feel. The walls are clad in a visually-stunning and special design of wooden bricks. You will notice to your left is the ski and boot room where century-old re-purposed wood paneling and punchy art and furnishings make a statement. There is also a guest WC here. A short passageway opens into the living area or enter the kitchen to the right of the entrance.

Property’s kitchen is up to date, its bright and stylishly completed with dark marble counter-tops and attractive modern artworks which decorate one wall. It leads into the dining area and there is the option for these two rooms to be divided by a glass-panelled sliding door, increasing guests’ privacy. The dining table seats 10 Guests around a striking solid wood table.

Arrive in this pretty penthouse living room through one of two doors leading off the dining room. This welcoming room draws guests in with its large open fireplace and offers ample seating in a large L-shaped sofa or one of two elegant arm chairs. The daylight pours into this room through the many windows, affording spectacular mountain views. Curtains drawn at night transform it into a sumptuous and cosy room in which to enjoy a glass of champagne and relive the day’s adventures.

The Attractive living space of the Apartment sets the setting for luxury ski holidays with friends or luxury family ski holidays in St Anton. The residence offers a hefty, comfortable L-shaped sofa and a large screen TV and has been beautifully decorated with rustic wood, selected artwork, soft furnishings and statement lighting. Velvet teal armchairs and mustard yellow curtains add splashes of colour to this cosy space. The living space is full of sunlight during the day thanks to the floor-to-ceiling glass doors which open out onto the balcony where guest can enjoy your morning coffee with unobstructed panoramic views across the pine-forested hills and mountains beyond.

The 04/05 bedroom Skyfall Penthouse can accommodate 08 to 11 Guest guests 

For sleeping, Skyfall penthouse lets 04 comfortable bedrooms with en-suite amenities on the 2^nd floor (or Top Floor), each offering views which means all 08 guests are to be pleased. They are accessed by a corridor which forms an open quadrangle that looks down to the living area below. The first bedroom is a delightful double bunk room with en-suite shower room, perfect for children. Second Bedroom is the attractive master bedroom which has a fixed king-sized bed and an en-suite bath and shower room with a roll-top bath and a rain shower and double sinks. The bedroom is decorated with photographs and memorabilia from Mount Everest. The third bedroom has a fixed king-sized bed and en-suite bathroom with Antarctica being the chosen theme destination for this room. The fourth bedroom is a fixed twin room with en-suite bathroom and windows looking down to the ski hill. All rooms have built-in cupboards. On the lower level is a single staff bedroom (fifth Bedroom) with en-suite shower room.

LOCATION

Set into the mountainside, skiers can easily step straight off the slope into the penthouse. Alternatively, the penthouse is accessed by a lift from the ground floor bringing you directly into the apartment. Ski-in, ski-out access just off of the main St. Christoph lift, St. Christophbahn. It is a short walk into the centre of the village. The facilities of the Hospiz Hotel are less than a 5 minute stroll away.

• It is possible to ski-out and down to the St. Christophbahn. This is connected to St. Anton on the lift system.
