Your stay begins with a personalised pre-arrival itinerary and the booking of all additional services to ensure a seamless experience.

Prior to your arrival, consult with your professional chef to tailor a menu that suits your tastes and preferences. Enjoy daily housekeeping for a consistently pristine environment, and start each day with a sumptuous breakfast featuring a selection of hot dishes and a delightful continental buffet, served six days a week. On the seventh day, a continental buffet will be provided.

Each afternoon, indulge in tea accompanied by cakes and a variety of pastries, served six days a week. Your arrival will be celebrated with canapés and champagne, setting the tone for your stay. Savour a gourmet four-course dinner, prepared by our chef and complemented by carefully selected wines, available six nights. For families, a children’s early supper is provided on six evenings if needed. The chalet is further enhanced with fresh flowers and a stocked bar offering a range of premium spirits, beers, and soft drinks.

For those who prefer a more independent stay, our self-catered service provides the flexibility to manage your own schedule while still enjoying exceptional support. We offer a pre-arrival itinerary and booking service through our trusted partners, ensuring all your needs are met before you even arrive.

During your stay, benefit from the presence of an in-resort Chalet Manager to assist with any queries or requirements. Enjoy housekeeping every other day, maintaining a clean and comfortable environment throughout your stay.
