Positioned on the first floor, this single-level apartment is effortlessly accessible via a lift that runs from the underground parking area to the entrance level and directly to the apartment.

At the rear of the property, three of the bedrooms open onto the terrace, offering breathtaking views of the Savoleyres ski area. These include a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a flexible twin/double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, and an additional double bedroom with a shared bathroom.

The fourth bedroom is a cosy bunk room with quad bunk beds, designed to accommodate four guests. This room is served by a separate shower room and, while it has no external windows, it offers a snug and practical space ideal for children or additional members of the group.
