The Luxury Ski Residence comprises 14 luxury apartments, sleeping between 4 and 10 guests. Apartment 20 is great base for a family-friendly ski chalet holiday in Lech. Along with apartment 20, You can be book other individual apartments in the Ski residence for larger groups when available, with the total residence accommodating up to 100 Guests (approx.). With each lavish apartment carefully planned to the highest specifications and wellness facilities to rival a 5-star hotel spa, this residence is a haven of relaxation just a stone’s throw from the heart of Lech. This lavish five-story building sits near to the centre of the charming village of Lech. The village centre is a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive from the Residence which opens to a good range of restaurants, bars and shopping that Lech has to offer.

LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS

This luxury family apartment #20 in Lech can accommodate up to 08 guests in 03 stylish bedrooms, The building has undergone a complete renovation over the last year and is now home to 14 modern apartments. The deluxe first floor apartment offers open plan living, dining and kitchen, it is the ideal set up for social evenings around the wide dinner table or relaxing with your favourite après ski drink. The dining table comfortably seats eight guests, with banquette seating along two sides – ideal for children. Decorated in tranquil, muted tones with rich textures, the living area has a large corner sofa and there is an electric fire, adding to the welcoming atmosphere of the room. A tasteful selection of old photographs on the wall, paying homeage to the history of skiing in the Arlberg, lends a wonderful sense of history and character to the room. The open kitchen is modern, finished in dark greys, and is complete with all the equipment needed for memorable evenings dining in. Combined with the wonderful shared facilities, this apartment has something for everyone and is the ideal ski base in Lech.

The pretty master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. It also has paned sliding doors leading out to a balcony offering fantastic views and providing plenty of natural light to warm the room. There is a further twin/double bedroom and one cosy quad bunk room for children, sleeping up to four. These bedrooms have a separate shower room each, located just across the hallway from the rooms. All the bedrooms have their own mounted TVs.

The Luxury Ski Residence is well located for guests to explore and get the most out of Lech. The nearest ski lifts are the Schlosskopf chairlift a 6-minute walk away and the Schleggelkopf chairlift a 12-minute walk away, connecting you easily to the entire Arlberg ski domain. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.
