Property #49 is a pretty alpine four-bedroom chalet in Verbier, just a short stroll from the Savoleyres lift station and the nursery slopes. The Chalet ideal for Seasonal or annual rentals. If you are looking to reward yourself for a long term seasonal or annual Alpine experience in the Swiss Alps, this Luxury ski chalet in Verbier should not make you think twice. Whether a keen skier or you are a corporate client looking to rent a chalet for your VIP business associates the chalet #49 should fit any of those needs. Seasonal Chalet rental is both fitting and usually cheaper (with possible discounts) than renting numerous chalets several times over the winter. In terms of living and dining, hand-crafted antique woods and natural stone have been matched with roll-top baths, beautiful fixtures, and sumptuous furnishings to create an incredibly chic interior. Chalet #49 is set out over three floors, this lavish alpine chalet accommodates a maximum of 10 guests in 04 bedrooms. The open plan living and dining area is located on the top floor, its elevation affording panoramic views of the surrounding mountains. The large fireplace is perfect to relax in front of after a hard day on the slopes. The living area accesses the wrap-around balconies with an outside dining area. The well-equipped kitchen opens onto this area.

The 04 bedroom chalet is ideal for corporate clients for seasonal rentals for Winter

Steps lead to the middle floor containing three bedrooms all with access to the surrounding terraces or balconies. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful roll-top bath and separate shower. The children’s bunk room sleeps four in two sets of hand-crafted bunk beds with en-suite bath and shower room. There is a third double bedroom with en-suite shower room. A guest toilet is also located on this floor. A further double guest bedroom with an en-suite shower room is located to the back of the property.

LOCATION

Chalet #49 is a short walk, around 3 minutes, from the Savoleyres lift station, which gives access to the family friendly La Tzoumaz & Savoleyres ski area. The chalet is also only 5-10 minutes walk from the nursery slopes. The main Médran lift station, providing easy access to the wider 4 Valleys ski area, is just 1.5km away, less than 5 minutes by car. There are several restaurants within a 5 minute walk of the chalet or a bit further away, 15 minutes or so walking or 3 minutes by car, will take you into the very centre of Verbier.
