Chalet Aconcagua offers a fully staffed experience designed to make every aspect of your stay seamless. Your dedicated chalet manager and concierge are on hand daily to ensure every detail is attended to, from personalised recommendations to arranging transfers. Guests enjoy a private chef who prepares breakfast each morning and dinner on six evenings, complemented by hosts providing breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening service throughout the week. Daily housekeeping maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort, while linen is refreshed weekly and towels are replenished daily.

Luxury touches include premium bath products, plush robes and slippers, and hairdryers in every bathroom, providing the finishing touches of indulgence throughout the property. Arrival and departure are made effortless with private electric taxi transfers from Zermatt train station.

Costs for all food and beverages are charged separately at cost plus applicable VAT, and lunches, ski lessons, massages, and other bespoke experiences are offered on request and billed directly.
