LIVING AREAS AND BEDROOMS

The first floor of Matterhorn View Chalet is the heart of this inviting retreat, blending traditional alpine character with modern sophistication. A spacious dining area features a striking black marble-topped table that comfortably seats ten guests and can be enclosed with glass doors for an intimate dining experience. Adjacent to the dining area is a cosy living room, complete with an open fireplace, offering a welcoming space to relax after a day on the slopes. Step out onto the balcony to soak in the breathtaking views of the iconic Matterhorn or enjoy al fresco dining amidst the crisp alpine air. The well-equipped kitchen on this level ensures all your culinary needs are met during your stay.

Sleeps 7 Guests in 4 Comfortable Bedrooms

On the ground floor (which also serves as the entrance level), two elegantly appointed double bedrooms await, each bathed in natural light through large French windows that open onto a terrace. The master double bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and direct terrace access, offering a tranquil connection to the outdoors. The second double bedroom includes a separate private shower room and also provides terrace access. From the terrace, guests can enjoy the chalet’s standout feature: a vintage ski lift-inspired outdoor sauna, ideal for indulgent après-ski relaxation.

The top floor, accessed via a charming ladder staircase, accommodates two additional bedrooms. The first is a tastefully designed double bedroom, while the second is a snug single room with an adjoining reading nook that can also sleep an extra guest. These rooms share a well-equipped shower room, creating an idyllic haven for smaller groups or families.

The Chalet enjoys an enviable location, just a 14-minute walk from the vibrant heart of Zermatt and a convenient 9-minute stroll to the Sunnegga lift, ensuring seamless access to the region’s world-class ski slopes and amenities.

Please note that the chalet is accessible only on foot, enhancing its tranquil and secluded ambiance. After arriving by e-taxi at the Walliserstube restaurant, guests embark on a scenic 10-minute walk, culminating in an ascent of approximately 150 steps to reach this charming alpine retreat.
