Renovated in 2009, this extraordinary property exudes the charm of a chalet with its cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, and luxurious furnishings. Upon entering via the lift, you’re welcomed into the grand entry hall, adorned with floor-to-ceiling windows leading to the expansive open-plan living and dining area, complete with a stone fireplace.

Sumptuous sofas encircle an authentic open fireplace, while large windows open out onto a spacious balcony offering stunning views of the Petit Combin. The well-equipped kitchen seamlessly flows into the dining area.

On the top floor, the sumptuous master suite, spanning 50 square metres, opens onto an ensuite bath and shower room featuring a decadent free-standing roll-top bath tub. Additionally, there’s a double bedroom with an ensuite shower room, a television room with a mezzanine bedroom, an ensuite bathroom, a guest toilet, and a laundry room.

Descending the open stairs (with caution for small children) leads to the lower floor where three more bedrooms are located. A large double room boasts an ensuite bathroom, while a twin and double bedroom share a shower room. This floor also has a separate entrance.
