Additionally, the nearby leisure centre provides a wealth of recreational opportunities, all within a quick 2-minute drive.
St Martin de Belleville is situated in the stunning Vallee des Belleville, just a 25-minute drive from Moutiers and a little over two hours from Geneva Airport.
Free shuttle service between Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and Val Thorens
The free shuttle buses run 6 days a week from Sunday to Friday between Saint-Martin-de-Belleville and Val Thorens via Les Menuires. They serve the villages of Saint-Marcel, Les Granges and Praranger. They also inter-connect the different districts of Les Menuires (La Croisette, Reberty, Preyerand, Les Fontanettes and Les Bruyères).
Travel Options
Flights: The closest airport to St Martin de Belleville is Chambery, approximately 100km away. However, Geneva Airport is the most popular choice due to its extensive range of international flights and is about 143km from the village. Alternatively, Grenoble Isère (180km) and Lyon Saint Exupéry (183km) are also viable options.
Trains: For those preferring rail travel, Moutiers Train Station is just 25 minutes away by private transfer. Eurostar services from King’s Cross St Pancras to Moutiers offer a convenient alternative to flying. With careful planning, it is possible to enjoy an extra day of skiing at either end of your holiday.
By Car: If you choose to drive, parking spaces and garages are available at each chalet. The drive from Calais covers approximately 595 miles. The recommended route includes taking the Motorway (A43/A430) from Chambery to Albertville, then the dual carriageway (N90) to Moutiers, followed by the mountain road (D117) for the final 20 km to St Martin de Belleville.
